Non resident self assessment

hello, I'm living in new zealand but have a uk rental property. I need to complete my self assessment and SA105. How do I claim my personal allowance? Thanks

As a non resident landlord, you need to complete form SA109.
If you are entitled to claim the allowance then either box 15 or 16 should be ticked.
