Information I provided doesn’t matched with PTA

I have received a rejection for my self assessment as the address I provided doesn’t matched with the PTA’s profile. I have updated my PTA profile accordingly and resubmitted again. However I still received the same rejection for address doesn’t matched. I now have no idea how to handle this situation. Thanks
