Tax year ending 05 Apr 2023 is lower than expected

The "Tax year ending 05 Apr 2023." return amount on the Self Assessment dashboard says I owe less than my actual return. I filed my return under 72 hours ago. The amount is exactly equal to all my payments on account from last year. This is my final return after moving to full-time employment last year and notifying HMRC I was terminating my self-employment. I applied to reduce my payments on account to 0 because this was my last year. My tax calculation looked correct when filing my return.
