Downloading Self Assessment submission for previous year

Hello, Is there a way to view and download my submission for a previous year - 2017 2018 tax year? Thank you

Yes!
You can use your Personal Tax Account to view, then print your Self Assessment tax return.
Just select the Personal Tax account page, then select the Self Assessment within the Self Assessment tile.
Select the 'More details about your Self Assessment returns and payments'
then 'View your tax year overview'
Select the tax year drop down, then 'Go'.
Then select 'View Return', then View / print / store your return onto your local drive.

Hello, Thank you very much for getting back to me. When I follow these steps I can view and save PDF for current and previous 2 years but when I go back further than that I do not see the option to view and save. Is is possible there is a time limit on how far you can go back ? Thank you !

If you filed the Self Assessment yourself you can view/print back to 2019/20.
If the tax return was submitted through a third party or the paper tax return you will not be able to view the tax return online.
