Do i need to register as self employed

Hi, My wife cares for our daughters for most of the week but will be doing a regular set of cleaning jobs every week, she will earn a set amount of £95 per week and started doing this on 01/12/23, will she need to register as a Sole Trader and complete a self assessment, if so when would this need to be done by?
