Hi I am trying to complete my self assessment (which is confirmed I need to submit one). However, I just found out the figures from my P45 is wrong. The total taxable amount and tax paid amount is far less than those I have received and deducted, My question, I have all my pay slip on hand. Can I just adding up the salary I entitled and the tax deducted(PAYE) on my pay slips and fill the correct figure in my self assessment form? Thanks. I am sure I am unable to get a correct P45 from my previous employer or even I might not be able to get one from them anymore. Please confirm if I can use sum of figures from all my pay slips in my self assessment form. Thank. Regard, Alice
