Overseas pension from multiple countries

My client is having overseas pension from more than 3 different countries. But in Form SA106 under Overseas pensions, social security benefits and royalties it has only one row to fill in the details. I am filing the return online using a commercial software and it is not allowing to add more rows. Since there is only one country code box available may I know how to fill in 3 countries details?
