Good evening, I have two questions and one suggestion related to submission of form SA109. I have left the UK and just filled out my SA109 form. I see it needs to be posted but no postal address appears on the form. Could you let me know where to send it? I have submitted my self-assessment online for tax year 2022-23 already. Do I still need to print this out and post it alongside the SA109, or will your staff be able to access all needed information? The suggestion is to amend SA109 to clearly add a postal address to make it a bit easier for the next service users. Thanks in advance, Best regards,

The form should have been submitted with the tax return as you are supposed to file the whole return together.
To send it in paper in future you will need to file the whole return by paper.
This shouid be sent to
PAYE & Self Aseessment
BX9 1AS.
