When will I get my tax refund?

Hi. I submitted my SA tax return online on 31 May 2023 and am due a tax refund. The HMRC system indicated that I would receive the refund within 4 weeks. However, it has now been c.6 weeks and I've not heard anything, and I'm also unable to contact HMRC on the telephone as its Helpline is not available until aftert he summer. Please advise how to proceed and when I can expect to receive my tax refund. Thanks and kind regards, Sumit

Thanks. I tried that already but all I get is a digital chatbot who is unable to answer my question, and just redirects to standard webpages (that don't answer the question also). I'd like to chat with an actual human who can respond to my specific question. Thanks.

Update - I eventually managed to chat to a human who was able to answer my question and give me an update! :-)
