Changing job within a tax year

Hi. I changed my job within the tax year 2024/25, which is from an employee to self-employment. Do I have to register another sole trader account? Also, do I have to file 2 self-assessments, one for previous job income, and the other for sole trader, for tax year 2024/25? Thanks.
