Request for self-employed cessation letter

On the 30th June I requested a confirmation letter for ending self-employment. I need the document as part of my Spanish visa application. It is the only document that I do not have. My ACRO certificate has a limited validity ( three months). The visa decision can take three months. I am concerned that I will not receive the document from HMRC in time for a successful visa application and will have to request another ACRO certificate.
