No UK Passport or driving license for HMRC identity verification

I have participated in the UK Youth Mobility Scheme and has worked in the UK from 2023 to 2024. I am currently out of UK and would like to create a personal tax account with HMRC. However I do not have a UK passport nor a UK driving license to verify my identity. Are there any other possible options to verify my personal tax account? Thanks.
