I invest a small sum of £500 in Venture Captial shares and now have a form EIS5 to submit. I don't usually complete self assessment forms. I have completed the online HMRC tool - check to see if you need to submit self assessment forms, and it says I do not need to. But it doesn't mention tax relief on venture capital investments. If the check tool says No, how do I submit the EIS 5 form to claim the small tax relief sum? Where do I post that to? Or do I need to complete self-assessment despite what the tool says?

Mistype above - I meant EIS 3 form.
