Return of Paper Form Self Assessment

Good afternoon. I had sent my paper form Self Assessment via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm next day on 25/10. The latest information on 26/10 was ready for delivery and no update so far. How can I check that HMRC has received my Self Assessment or not? Should I re-submit my Self Assessment whether the delivery is successful or not? Thank you.
