I'm self employed and also a member of a general partnership based in the UK. Currently both partners pay tax on our individual share of the profits through our individual self-assessment returns. However, I'm planning to move to Spain (accompanying my husband on his Digital Nomad Visa), and will become a Spanish tax resident in 2025. The partnership will continue to be based in the UK, and my earnings will continue to come from the UK, I will have to register as self-employed in Spain and pay my taxes there. Can you confirm that at that point I will no longer have to pay income tax in the UK? Is there a code I need to apply for to ensure that I'm not taxed in both countries? Many thanks
