Hi, Hoping you can help me. I paid off my student loan in full during the 2023/24 tax year. When completing my self assessment the numbers I enter on the "FILL IN YOUR RETURN" section of my tax return doesn't match what is shown on the "VIEW MY CALCULATION" section. What is going on please?! ---------------------------------------------------- FILL IN YOUR RETURN: - - > “Student Loan and Postgraduate Loan repayments” - - > “Enter the amount of Student Loan repayments deducted by your employer:” ..... I enter the combined payment deductions from my 2 employers of £1880.00 VIEW YOUR CALCULATION Included in my final calculation is the line “plus Student Loan repayments (plan 01)" = £5,221.00 ---------------------------------------------------- Where does this £5,221 figure come from? Can someone help me explain the discrepancy? Has the fact I finally finished paying off my student loan 4 months through the tax year (i.e. final payment was on 27/7/2023) somehow impacted on the calculation?
