Hi, I have a note from my employer stating that my pension contribution through my employer scheme totaled £54k in 2022/23. Whilst they indicate that my contributions in previous years means I have allowance available, they are not aware that I already used that extra allowance in a private SIPP. 22/23 = £54.6k 21/22 = £42.5k 20/21 = £28k + £20k Private SIPP (declared in Self Assessment) 19/21 = £24.1k I earn

Hi,

You need to tailor your return at section 3 to answer yes to are you liable to pension savings tax charge. This will then open further boxes for you to complete.
