Cannot deregister UTR - please help

Hi, I've registered as a self employed and got a UTR number in May 2024. I have never traded and want to close self employment, with a confirmation that it's closed. I have filled in the 'stop being self-employed' online form two months ago but never heard back. When I login to personal tax account I can still see the UTR number. How can I ensure my self employment (UTR) is closed properly and how can I get a confirmation of this? Thank you
