Self Assessment Statement Outstanding Balance

Hi, I submitted the self assessment online in Sept and according to the calculation i will have outstanding amount for 23 / 24. However, it always say there's nothing to pay on my online account. Can I know , usually, when will the outstanding balance being reflected on the online account? If it's not show up correctly, where can i contact to rectify it? Thanks. Best Regards, Chin
