SA Return with rebate through PAYE

I started a PAYE role in Oct 23 and was on tax code OT M1 up until January 24 when I was put on a tax code of 1257L. At the same time in January, I received a tax rebate through PAYE. Is it worth me still completing the Self Assessment if I have already received a rebate?
