I got the bno visa on 3 July 2023 and traveled to UK on 14 Nov 2023 with my wife for 2 weeks. Then we went back to Hong Kong. My whole family came and stayed in UK on 28 Dec 2023. Under my case, which date will be my resident date?

You were a UK resident because you: had a home in the UK for at least 91 days in a row and at least 30 of those days were in the tax year spent at least 30 days in your UK home For the split year assessment, I will start from 14 Nov 2023 or 28 Dec 2023?
