Cannot find correct form for registering for self assessment WHILE LIVING ABROAD

SA1 (on-line) does NOT accept an address outside of the UK. I have spent much time unsuccessfully searching for the appropriate form to register on-line for self assessment (rental income) while living abroad, i.e. with a non-UK home address. Can you please help me by giving me the appropriate link?

Registering for Self Assessment and getting a tax return
Click 'No' when asked 'Is this address in the UK?'

Thank you for trying but this is NOT an on-line form. You have to print it and post it. Surely when registering from overseas there is an on-line version?
