Chile Witholding Tax

Hi I have some Chilean shares that I am trying to input the dividends into my SA. The actual WH Tax is 35% but the drop down menu only allows up to 25%. Do i just use the 25%? Many thanks

Hi,
The drop down is for you to claim the highest rate due based on your own rate of tax. You will still show the full 35% as the tax withheld but for the dropdown, this is the UK tax relief that you would be due.
