Sole trader form - postal response

Hi, What's the normal timeframe for a manual sole trader form being processed? This is something I've had to do via a manual form which I posted first class on Wednesday. I'm needing to get paid by a client but this won't happen until I can provide the work platform with my UTR. Thanks for any help you can give!
