Hi, I need to know whether I can work as a self employed (freelancer) for an overseas company with no restrictions in terms of time length. The project I would be working on will last around 1.5/2 years. The company is in Germany (only in Germany - no branches in the UK) so, as far as I understand, I'm outside IR35. Does it mean that I can work for 24 months in a row as a freelancer for the same company with no issues at all? Thank you, Sofia

Hi,

You will just declare this as turnover the same way as in previous years if you are working remotely for them.

Thank you.
