Hi, Is it correct that if my income from dividends and interest exceed £300, I have to submit a tax return? Thank you.

Hi,

If it is foreign income then yes, If it is from the UK, no.

Hi Are the distributions from Core Capital Deferred Shares (CCDS), in general , and in particular from Nationwide, treated as Interest or Dividends for tax purposes? thanks

Distributions from shares, are treated as dividends for tax purposes and taxed under income tax rules.
