Hello, I will appreciate if you could you clarify the following situation: UK tax resident, non-domicile, on remittance basis, has sole trader business abroad (in the country of his citizenship) - all income of the sole trader business goes to the bank account in this country. Taxes from all the income are paid in this country. Does he have to pay taxes in UK from his income, if he didn't transfer it to UK?
