Paying child Benefit charge

I received child benefit 2022-23, my accountant didn’t declare it. I am happy to repay it, but how? In my letter it says amend the self assessment online. However, when I try to amend it, it says I can’t because it wasn’t submitted through the hmrc website, it was submitted by our accountant. We have sold our business and no longer use the accountant: So, how do I pay the charge?
