SATR to pay back Childcare

Hi, I need to pay back Child Benefits that started in Jan 2024. I am a full time employee between 50-150K. Having savings interest under 5K and need to pay back the £240 in child benefits. Income Tax/NI taken monthly via employer. However on submitting my details on the return its asking for over 5£K in the return? Is my income tax not being taken and paid int the monthly pay role?
