Cancelling Marriage Allowance Online

Hi, I am trying to cancel my marriage allowance as my partner no longer pays tax at the basic rate. I am following the guidance found here https://www.gov.uk/marriage-allowance/if-your-circumstances-change but when I click the link to cancel online, I am taken to the Apply for Marriage Allowance service instead. Is it actually possible to cancel online? I cannot do it over the phone because of disability. Thanks for any help.
