Hello, I'm a PAYE tax payer. I don't complete a self assessment and never have. I submitted an EIS3 claim form in February 2024, claiming relief on a £5k investment, but have yet to hear anything. Is this timescale normal or has my claim got lost? Should I expect to receive any comms from HMRC or just see an adjustment in my monthly pay packet?

Thanks for your response. I had already read those pages but it did not answer the question. Thus my post above. Which of the options (type of enquiry) do you suggest that I select on that page? There is no option for EIS claims, and I don't complete Self Assessments so there's no obvious signpost for my query.
