Tax rebate removed from payments/credit received page

My self assessment has been on payment pending since April 13th and some time this week July 5th, it’s been completely removed from the payments page. Anyone have any idea whats going on? The helpline is shut down and the new online chat told me not to message and just wait for updates

Some repayments are submitted for additional security checks, if we have cancelled the repayment or require additional information you will receive a letter advising of the next steps.
