I have an active marriage allowance in place and the tax due to HMRC reflects this but it does not show as a tax deduction on the tax calculation so there is a discrepancy of £252 between tax calculation and tax due. Should it not show on my tax calculation?

Hi MORAG REID,
If you have the marriage allowance transfer then yes this should be shown on the calculation.
If not you will need to contact HMRC to review:
