Passport Verify

I am trying to verify a passport for someone and twice it has failed to match my details. We have triple checked everything I have entered and it's not accepting it. I have one attempt left. Any ideas what to do here or if I can phone someone about this?

My friend has the same problem. I needed my identity confirmed and she had tried twice. I don't know what to do also I tried to call the passport office and my passport application ID was deemed invalid and I had to try again. I want to be helped because I feel stuck right now and all I want is my passport
