Hi there This is the first time I am completing a self assessment for HICBC, 23-24 year, I have gone through the full assessment online and selected to have the payment taken from my 25-26 tax code, I also don’t need any prepayments for the 24-25 year as we cancelled our child benefit in March this year, so I selected, YES for the tax code to take the payments over next year (it’s less than £3000 that I owe) and NO for any prepayments for next tax year. When I got and check the assessment and print the PDF to check the selections, the boxes for both these areas are blank. Is this correct? I’ve tried it so many times and it’s the same outcome, I’m worried if I just go ahead with it as it is, the payment won’t be taken from my PAYE tax code and I’ll need to pay it in full upfront, any help on this? Thank you

Hi,
You will need to submit the Self Assessment tax return and then allow 3 working days to process to HMRC records. If you contact HMRC after the 3 working days we can then review this for you. See link below:
