Income from online work, paid in USD via Paypal

Please help me determine the correct way to record income from an American online company, who pay via Paypal in USD? Whenever my daughter has free time, she logs into their portal to do AI training "tasks". She gets paid according to the number of hours spent on these tasks. Thank you.
