Questions about report income by self-assessment online

I have just setup the government gateway account, and opened a personal tax account online. But after I login to the personal tax account, I cannot find any UTR number. What should I do next in order to report income for tax year 2022-2023 using the self-assessment online? Can the UTR number be created and got online instead of by post from HMRC?
