Self assessment cheque

Hi I have accidentally pressed to receive a cheque on my self assessment I know the cheques can take 3 weeks to arrive from issue date but do they take the same amount of time to issue as the bank transfers? So usually it’s 10 working days for your account to say issued with a bank payment. Should I expect the same with the cheque if not pulled for further security checks

Yes it would be the same for a cheque. Once the issue date is shown if you allow up to 3 weeks to arrive.
