Confirmation Statement from HRMC

Hello, We are a UK-established business selling on Amazon.co.uk marketplace within the UK. Amazon requests that "we require written confirmation from HMRC that they agree you meet UK business establishment requirements" and submit that written confirmation to them. How can we acquire the written confirmation from HMRC? Thank You,
