HMRC rejected my application to register for self-employment

I am the first time registering for a self-assessment tax return 2023-2024 and applying for the UTR. However, I received an email rejecting my application to register for self-employment because the address provided does not match the records. I checked my Personal Tax Account and found my address is correct. I don't know what to do now. I just resubmitted the registration online with the same address. How can I verify whether my application is accepted? Please advise on the follow-up procedures. Thank you!
