Hi, I'm working for an overseas company as a freelancer; how do I fill out the tax return as there is no PAYE for that overseas company? Thank you. BernieO

Hi bernieo,
The gift from your family member is not taxable in the UK, but your interest from your Hong Kong bank account is.
