self employment

Hi i was only self employed for 6 from december 23 to january 24 . I have since worked PAYE in new job . i used the online form to tell that i wasn’t self employed when i finished in january but never heard anything back .i noticed i still have a UTR number does mean they still think iam self employed. i can’t get in touch with anyone about it .how do i tell that iam not self employed anymore
