Highlighting the disgraceful service I've received from HMRC re a refund of overpaid tax for 23/24 SA for 2023/24 submitted in June, request for repayment submitted 22/6/24. chased up on line , eventually chatted with agent on 25/7 who says "security checks due to complete on 3/9" checked on status today , automated answer online now says might be 12 weeks from 20/7 (ie 21/10) and to chat with an agent, but a request to chat with an agent gets the "no agents available to answer"....... this is beyond poor..what can i do now??
