My Doctor told me that I may be able to claim tax relief on my annual wellness screening. I looked online but could only see reference to employees being allowed to claim this based on the following statement... "Annual medical check-ups and health screenings are generally exempt from tax up to a maximum of one medical check-up and one health screening each tax year." My question is, as a Driving Instructor who is required to have an annual wellness screening, can I claim this screening as a business expense?
