This is my 1st year living in UK & 1st time to return my self assessment by post to HMRC (including SA100, 106 & 109) Yesterday, I got a letter by post which contain my submitted scan copy of the self assessment forms (SA100, 106 & 109) from an HMRC officer & said I "have not used the right version of the form" that can't accept my tax return. Around Mid Oct2024, I was download those forms from HMRC web site (SA100, 106 & 109) : - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/self-assessment-tax-return-sa100#supplementary-pages Those forms' version at above link are SAxxx 2024 (lower left hand corner) & HRMC 12/23 (lower right hand corner). But the officer sent me a new version of SA100 form which the version at lower right hand corner is "HMRC 02 24"! My questions are: 1 - Am I using the wrong version (version 12/23) download from HMRC web site?? 2 - All forms - SA100, 106 & 109 are wrong version (version 12/23)?? 3 - I just need to return SA100 (version HRMC 02 24) as HMRC office just return to me? 4 - Since no new version of SA106 & SA109 sent from this officer & I can't found any new version from HMRC web site as well, what should I do right now?? 5 - Is the hyper link of HMRC using a wrong version after the latest update on "Last updated 8 April 2024"
