Self assessment for non-uk tax resident year

Hi, I have migrated to UK on July 2022 so I have filled in and submnitted 2022-2023 self assessment form. However in the system I was required and late to fill in 2021-2022 self assessment. As far as I know I am NOT a UK tax resident for 2021-2022 tax year. What should I do to clarify this issue to HMRC and avoid any penality about this?
