Bonus Issue and demerger

Hi HMRC, I had a bonus issue event and a demerger event happened in tax year 2022-23. According to helpsheet HS285, it seems to me there's no income tax nor dividends tax implication. The bonus issue is the same as example 2 in helpsheet HS285. Please could you confirm my understanding? Thank you!
