Long story short. I have submitted tax return for the 23/24 tax year via my accountant. I have been reading online and there have been mentions of having to report my investment gains. I have only invested in an index fund (Vanguard Index Fund (acc)) and have not recieved any dividents or sold any investments during the tax year. My earnings (as per Vanguard) is less than 500 pounds, with no capital gains. Do I need to include that in my PTR, and if so, whats the best way to let HMRC know about this? Thanks in advance!

Hi,
As you state there is some income received from this fund then yes you need to report it.
Your tax return is for you to declare all taxable income.
You will therefore need to have your accountant submit an amendment online.
Thank you.
