Do not recive UTR yet after online application SA1.

I applied for the online Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) registration SA1 on 17 July 2024. Unfortunately, even though it's been almost 17 working days, I haven't received my UTR code yet. Could you please provide me with an update on the current status of my registration? Hopefully UTR will be received before the deadline on 5 Oct 2024. Thank you so much.

The expect reply date has passed but still no response was received. May I check whether my online register for self assessment SA1 was well received or not? As neither acknowledgement receipt nor application number was sent by HMRC after online submission.
