accessing older returns

Hi, I'd need to have access to old tax returns online, from 2018 backwards, how can I do? I have an HMRC personal account but cannot see returns older than the 2019-2020 tax year.... What number do I need to phone? At which email or postal address do I need to write (if there is any possibility to do this online, it would be obviously faster)? Many thx

You can only view the last 4 tax years returns online which is back to 2019/20. If you need copies of earlier tax returns you will need to contct our Self Assessment team.
